Happy Turkey Day if you’re in Canada. I was told we “wanted” a ham this year, from family, instead of a bird. 10 lbs boneless ham on the Searwood with rotisserie attachment. Smoked over 3 hours and finished with a homemade glaze consisting of locally sourced honey, 1 and a half shots of maple crown royal, Canadian maple syrup, yellow mustard, brown sugar & 1 cup of orange juice. Bring to a boil and cool.
Brush the ham with the glaze and dumped the rest in the catch pan. Took the ham off the spit and let it soak in the glaze for about 30 mins.
Cheers.
