Opening Sunday Wings

I did this cook Sunday, September 8th, on the opening NFL Sunday game day.

I cooked everything on my 22 1/2" OTG.
I brined 2 dozen chicken wingettes in Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and water, for about 4 hours. Right before I put them on the grill, I drained them and coated them with olive oil. I served up half the wings with Sweet Baby Rays Honey Barbeque sauce and half with Buffalo sauce (butter and Franks Red Hot).
I made some quesadillas with chopped jalapenos, onions, tomatos, cilantro and a 4 cheese Mexican mix.
I threw on some hamburgers and hot dogs to round out the menu.

It all was yummy!

looks pretty daggum good!
got a question Bob...
you put sliced up ribs in a bucket after cookin', but not wings.
What does the pail do for the ribs that doesn't work for the wings?
