
Got it all going on the stove. Layered in all the good stuff. 


Let it simmer on the stove then moved it back outside and added some hickory and let it cook down.
It vibed for a few hours while the Ducks got their butts handed to them. Then moved back inside and added the hominy and let it simmer for another hour while margaritas were consumed!
Sliced some condiments 
Served it up!

Thanks. It is very similar to chili verde...main difference is the added chipotle, chili powder, and hominy. Pork took on the smoke very well and the heat level was about perfect.This looks fantastic!
I had to google it as I have never heard of Pozole!
