On the way...Pozole!


 
Smoked the pork then let it rest in the fridge overnight. Got all the ingredients going on NY morning. IMG_9659.jpegIMG_9661.jpegGot it all going on the stove. Layered in all the good stuff. IMG_9663.jpegIMG_9664.jpegIMG_9665.jpegIMG_9667.jpegLet it simmer on the stove then moved it back outside and added some hickory and let it cook down. IMG_9675.jpegIt vibed for a few hours while the Ducks got their butts handed to them. Then moved back inside and added the hominy and let it simmer for another hour while margaritas were consumed!
