Matt, I was out in that all day plowing snow, it took 2 hours to warm up when I got home.

"More power to you" to the folks that are grilling in this weather (it was 7 degrees below here last night and was -2 degrees at NOON). Me? I'm waiting until Thursday or Friday to cold smoke some cheese in the Mini and will probably smoke a Boston Butt or some ribs in the WSM. But, today? Not happening...

im with you , brother ! I'm stuck out in the bad weather enough at work. When it's this cold (12degrees today) I cook in the house ! It's gonna be back in the 40's this weekend. I might bust out some CSR's.....
