Camping, BB guns, fresh fruit, pork, chicken....dude this is what memories are made of. Your kids are going to remember this their entire lives! Congrats my man!

Forgot about lugging the old school big screen TV out of the basement and setting it up in the yard "Drive-in Style" and watched Rocky 4 and Rocky 5 at dark on Friday and Saturday with some snacks...(me and da kiddos watched the first 3 during the last month)... Did this a lot last summer as well for all 6 Star Wars movies... We would have 15-20 kids in the yard for every movie... Pretty fun stuff...

Very nice looking chicken and pork. I really like the Stubbs marinade as well. Besides the cooking it sounds like your kids really kept you busy this weekend, or was it the other way around?

Great post Kurt. How cool for everyone involved this weekend? Takin' care of the kids = A+. One big aspect of this forum that I enjoy is the respect for family, neighbors, and each other. You have reenforced that again, Kurt. Great job!
