Our son gave us a pretty large zucchini, so I made zucchini bread out of about a third of it. Then, after seeing BrianCal's Smoked Pears last week, I just had to find the recipe and give it a try. Brian really described them well so just wanted to share my attempt with a few pics.
Frist the Z Bread.

On the little WSM running at 325.

Wanted to share my holder I got for my DiGi Q. Looked like a great idea. It was, I love it.

All done. Ooops! Loaf pans a little too full. Bread came out very good.

The pears. Couple of notes on the stuffing. Substituted ground hazelnuts for the graham crackers. Used Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum.




They were delicious.
