Northwoods Grilled Tilapia

[Jim Lampe]

Baby Bok Choy sliced then brushed with a soy, OJ, sesame oil and gaaaaalic marinade

grilled somewhat direct... the greens fried butt the "meat" was cool

Tilapia seasoned with penzey's Northwoods rub

just a few minutes each side and dineer was done.
plated with brown and wild rice and the BC with grilled sweet peppers.

Pretty simple cook. Pretty daggum good too.
