Those are the only Swedish tacos I've ever seen! :) And they look great!
Emily: nice work on the yard - did you have an elf water while you were gone? It's always a moment of angst for us: returning from being away and wondering what the garden is going to look like? Looks like your survived nicely!

It looks easier than it is, but then you do hard things and make it look easy

We got hooked on them at Pepe's Tacos (Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta) I sure wish they'd open one in Playa del Carmen (our new favorite place to go in Mexico)
 
Wow, that looks amazing. That CI pan looks pretty sweet too. I've never seen on with a handle quite like that. Very cool.
