No Taco on Nat'l Taco Day but a Taco Salad Instead

For Nat’l taco day which was Oct. 4th we didn’t do tacos but we did a taco salad
A layer of tortilla chips then a layer of Tony’s refried beans, lettuce, tomato, homemade guacamole, boneless Chicken breasts seasoned with Chef Merito and Penzeys fajita seasoning, Mexican blend cheese and topped with salsa and sour cream.
Was very good.
