NO gas flow

No gas flows to the burner on my Weber Q. I replaced the regulator, then I replaced the burner. It still won't light. It's not the tank either because I switched to another tank and both tanks work on my Summit I removed the hose and I can blow compressed air through it in reverse but not in the direction the gas is supposed to flow. What's going on here?

Are you using the hose adapter or did you change some of the hardware?
