Ninja Woodfire issue


 
No it doesn't. I've written to Ninja. They promise 6 hour response time but that was as of mid day yesterday. So, not much in the way of answers yet
 
Well surprise of all surprises. I get an email yesterday. Indicating, while there is no warranty left on my unit to please give them a call. I connect with a very nice lady who proceeds to tell me they will send me a new base unit frees of charge except for shipping cost ($10). Absolutely amazing.
 
I am so glad to hear that, Larry! Says a lot about Ninja as a company. I enjoy using my smaller unit, but I am sure not nearly as often as you use yours. So far, I have not had any issues with mine. Besides doing a nice job of adding smoke flavor to simple grilling, it gets called on to do duty as an air fryer as well. I only wish I had gotten the larger model like you have, but most of the time for just three of us, the one I have is OK.
