Hi all,

A few weeks ago I was making baked beans, a fatty and some ribs on the WSM at a neighborhood Bears game gathering. There were also a couple of guys making wings, ABT's and sausages on kettles. A bunch of us were standing outside at halftime and a woman was jogging by. She stopped and asked about the smoker. Turns out she works for the local paper. One thing led to another and and today I was the cook of the week in the local paper!

Cool write-up! I'd probably take issue with that line about your food not being healthy, though. Good barbecue is about simple, unprocessed ingredients prepared in one of the most natural ways possible.
