Hi All,
Got my WSM last month for my birthday. After 3 sessions of seasoning the WSM here are some pics of my St Louis Style ribs, very happy how they turned out!

@Tony R - I used my a rub I made using the usual suspects (paprika, salt, chili powder, sugar, etc.) and used hickory and apple wood.
