That's a good looking grill. I like it a lot better than the previous generation Spirit. Let us know how it cooks when you get a chance.

That chart only shows the total cooking area but it is the same as the previous 3-burner Spirits (and the classic Genesis x000/Silver/Gold/Platinum). That only makes sense and allows for lots of interchangeability. Put a set of 9mm stainless rod grates on there, and you look to have a great cooker.

Yep, it would be interesting to know the exact size of the main cooking grates without the warmers and other shelves. I think Weber is doing a good thing by putting 7mm SS rod grates in them.

That's interesting. My main issue with the three burner spirit is that I would like more heat in certain situations. Four burners...
