Would the ribs not fall off?? That is my biggest fear. To have the ribs fall once they get more tender.

Great looking forward to some pics of that I must confess I have not done much with my rack or my smoker since I put my 26" kettle into service but thinking about doing a rack of beef ribs this weekend. I really wanted to smoke some whole fish but never got to it.
A follow up on this, I love this thing. I've been hanging almost everything and may not go back to indirect smoking for most meats.
Any idea as to why Weber discontinued this? Managed to get my hands on one for my 18.5 but would like one for the 22 as well.
