Just a quick post to show what I bought myself yesterday. Costco had a great deal going, $250 off, and I couldn't resist. This picture was NOT taken with my new camera, that will come later after I've done a lot of studying. Thanks for all the advice I've read on the site from you fantastic posters. Getting ready for a Father's Day BBQ that my son is doing, getting ready to go on a long overdo vacation, and we have a new granddaughter coming very soon, so hopefully I can put it to good use. I hopefully, look forward to improving my picture quality on my posts to this site also.

Very nice Cliff. I recently bought myself a D3200 and a couple lenses for my birthday and am loving it. You've got a beast of a camera there. Enjoy!
 
Nice camera Cliff...I love a Nikon...we have an older model...it's a D80...back when it was new it was pretty advanced...now it's just a camera lol...my phone's camera takes pictures with almost twice as many pixels as my D80...pretty pitiful lol
 
ah man. i miss my nikons. went from a d50 to d90 to d300 and finally to a d700. just last year switched to mirrorless and went micro 4/3rds.
