New rub

I ordered a new rub from a BBQ place that will be opening in oakland, Horn barbeque. Tried on some St Louis ribs. 22 wsm for 5 hours at about 235. No foil. Ribs look good, and I actually don't mind when they need a little bit of chewing.

You say the restaurant is opening soon...is it another location of an existing place, or is it the first brick-and-mortar attempt for someone who's already established a rub business, competition team, or food truck?
