New grill recommendation

I’m moving and will be downsizing my grill. I have a Genesis s310 I bought 10 to 15 years ago. I’ll probably give it to my son in law. I’m moving to a condo and will only have a small deck, plus, it’s just me and my wife so I’m thinking about a smaller grill. Looking for recommendations for a model of grill that would work. Main grilling is chicken and burgers. I’m not sure about what I’m going to do with my smoker. I doubt they will let me use charcoal and frankly, I don’t think I’d want to take that risk no matter how small it might be. I’ll post another thread on that. This is about having a nice but small gasser.

If you're going to be in an HOA situation, be wary of them not wanting gas or other fuel burning appliances. If so, I can't recommend the Ninja Woodfire Pro XL enough.

I’ll make sure I see it in writing, but I did see some gassers on the decks in this complex.

The small sprit's look pretty nice, but they aren't much smaller than an E310

Another option to consider is a Weber Q grills. I've never cooked on one, but several have spoken favorably about them.

I second the Q grill. Small, and hot. The downside of it is that even the largest Q is kind of too small for indirect grilling, or low n slow stuff. But for anything direct, its a good one.
