New diffuser for 14.5 WSM

I found a great alternative to the water pan or any other cake pans or clay saucers in my 14.5.
The cast iron lid from an old 6 qt Dutch oven.
It's enameled, but that doesn't matter. Removed the handle and wrapped in foil. Fit into the water pan brackets perfect. Holds and radiates heat much better than any lighter metal.

have 16ga steel in the 18 and 22 no issues or taste...........and as some here state they hang their cook over the coals and like the flare up taste of drippings.All choice of styles and trials I guess........JK
