After last nights great chicken decided to do T legs & a T thigh. Here they are injected w/ chicken broth, s&p, garlic,onion & celery salt. Then seasoned with Cabella's Open Season all purpose & PBC All purpose. and ready for the cooker

and into the PBC they go. Looking good. Love hanging meat over charcoal. Temps started @ 320, and settled into 275-280 range on a 70 degree afternoon. Absolutely perfect.
Fired up the Weber and fixed some green beans w/ onion, bacon and a little jalapeno's in the CI.
Cooked the legs & thighs for about a hour and half. Great color and looks good.
Dinner is ready to eat. All was good and the green beans were hot. Loved them.
