My wife claims we’ve made this before, I have no recollection lol.
Grilled some romaine (simple Olive Oil and S&P) and blackened shrimp (Paul Prudhomme’s blackening seasoning) on the grill, then plated it with some fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze.
Nice light meal, but very tasty.
