So I've been grilling and smoking for some time and some how never added a WSM to my arsenal, though I have always been fascinated by them and I love Webers. Christmas bonus came in at work and this is what came to my mind. I can't leave well enough alone though and am modding it before I even break it in. I just thought I would stop in here and say hi and stuff. I will post pictures of it after I make my changes to it.
