Looks great. Only reservation I would have is that it would be tough to "check" on your individual foods while they are cooking. Some may not need as much time and it would be a pain to unload the whole thing to get to the bottom pan.
I imagine with some careful planning and a lot of trial and error, you could pretty much perfect the system.
