Now that is cool. Pretty ingenious if it works as they say.
I checked out the grill brush also, beefy but a high price.

Looks great. Only reservation I would have is that it would be tough to "check" on your individual foods while they are cooking. Some may not need as much time and it would be a pain to unload the whole thing to get to the bottom pan.

I imagine with some careful planning and a lot of trial and error, you could pretty much perfect the system.

maybe with the side door of WSM you can check lower stacks? that's why some like using cabinet smokers, you can access each rack anytime.
