Did a naked bird on the 14” WSM. Boiled the back and skin for stock. Seasoned the bird with homemade taco seasoning. We ate the breasts. The rest I shredded and made Caldo de pollo the next night. Everything turned out great. Used our garden fresh tomatoes and home made tomato sauce. The zucchini was also from our garden.
