My weekly chicken cook and some stuffed chops for supper

Finally got to cook something other than (along with) chicken! Injected some breasts with sweet baby rays wing sauce. Found that stuff pretty good. Sprinkled with some chef moritos pollo.



On deck were the butterflied stuffed chops.



On to some heats!



First flip.



Flame time.





Ready for the house.



Here's your plate. Just like the Brady bunch, pork chops and apple sauce!



And a nice cross segment of the chop.



Nothing fancy. Simple stuffing. Came out great. Glad I grilled them instead of the oven. Minute or two long on the heat, but not over cooked. It passed the two year old girl test! Ill post some pics of the chicken sliced tomorrow for lunch meat. Just before I started my post, I read the one on deli style chicken breast. That's next for me! Thanks for looking
