Looks like it worked just fine. It doesn't need to be pretty to be very tastey. You guys and your roti's are making me jealous. Will be getting one from CB when I can get it past SWMBO.
Thanks for all the comments. As I hinted, I'm not a big Turkey fan but it's always good for Sammie's for a few day's. Changed things up a bit and it really paid off. Gave it a good bath in cider vinegar inside and out, one stick of butter cut into pats under the skin with S&P. Seasoned the outside with only S&P when it started spinning. This was the best turkey I've made by far.
