Hi everyone!
Did a couple of cooks during the week and thought I put it into one thread.
First is chicken thighs and skewered taters:
Rubbed down with Famous Dave's Country Roast Chicken seasoning. I pull back the skin and pour rub in the pocket for extra flavor

4 thighs were sauced with SBR's and the other 4 just rub

I saw C Boesing's post on the skewered taters and used his idea. Thanks C Boesing!

Plated with tossed salad that the wife made. I don't do chicken much, this one turned out good!

Next is Soy Glazed Pork chops. Simple S&P for the prep.On the grill.
The Glaze

Plated with white rice and sautade spinich.The white rice balances out the saltiness of the chops! Real delicious!
