Good Ole Beef Back Ribs, Chicken Legs, home grown squash, corn and rice casserole.

Used Lump and pecan chunks, kept around 275 temp on the OTG.

Can anyone direct me to an acronym page. I don't know what "OTG" means, and I suspect there will be other acronyms I won't understand in the beginning.
