started off with a small comp about an hour from me... i usually have two teammates that help but this weekend i was solo, lord help me!!!!

i was so embarrassed of my chicken i didnt take any pics, but wound up coming in third place for them!!!!!

wound up 3rd in chicken 4th in ribs, missed rgc by .0002!!!!!!!!

so i came home and fired this up

It all looks fantastic. Congrats on your tourney results. Would have been impressive with three people, but downright amazing as a solo effort.

How did you do those potatoes?
 
thanks guys! and @jimk, i just tossed in evoo with a lot of s&p and weber beer can chicken seasoning, cook them indirect until like you see them in the pic... grill was hot!!!!
