My Maria makes Tri Tip for Post 7K


 
Excellent looking meal and very authentic with the P-beans, I would love to have a grill like that, and thanks for bringing back some good memories of when I would visit SLO town on Thursday nights, they closed down Higeura Street for the Farmers Market and always my first stop would be Old Country Deli's stand for a tri-tip sammie or maybe a rack of ribs, ...hmmm, I guess I could build one here.

TT and sides look fantastic and the new grill looks perfect in your yard!

Congrats on 7K Bob! It's always a pleasure reading your posts; it's like a personal invite into your home and life. That Maria grill looks too fun. You may never come back indoors! Love the tri and beans. Delish! When are you inviting me over for dinner? ;)

to be honest, a mod for me is more like jury rigging something.
 
indeed, congratulations are in order - 7000 is a quite a feet, and post are always inspiring, funny, or somewhere in between - The new rig looks like a lot of fun!
