I really am insane when it comes to this stuff. When a recipe calls for Italian seasoning, I have to pull this out and sift through it.

ooops almost forgot to take a plated pic. Half of that sandwich is already eaten
I really enjoy this cut of meat and will be doing it again. I would have to say that I would have preferred a horseradish cream sauce instead of garlic cheese spread.
