my first overnight!!

Today I did my first overnight smoke. I have never done an overnight smoke before. So, I ask for some advice in the Barbecuing forum. I got lot of good advice from everybody. Thx! Here some are some of my pics so far.

I started at 10pm last night.



I woke up to feed my month old child, and here are the stats at 4am. I so wanted to peak, but I did not!


And this is what the butts look like at 7am this morning. There are still chugging along on the smoker as we speak.

Looks delicious Ryan. It is good to see another Minnesota person cooking in the winter. Unfortunately I redid my patio last year and have not cover over it so all my cookers are buried in our snow. I hope this week will help me get them free for some cooking like you did.
