Hitting the road for Thanksgiving tomorrow, so I barbecued a turkey this afternoon. A Butterball Premium 12.44 lb with Slap Yo Daddy BBQ Jailbird Chicken rub, 1 fist-sized chunk of apple wood, and 325°F in the WSM for 2 hrs 45 min until 160-165°F in the breast, 170-175°F in the thigh.
