Ribs rubbed with my homemade rub
Ribs on the smoker with 3 chunks of Hickory. Had water in the pan. Never lifted lid for 6 hours only to put some Stubbs Hickory Bourbon sauce on. WSM ran steady between 250-268
Then the veggies are getting ready to go on the Performer for my homemade Salsa
On the Performer getting there "Char on"
In the Breville to get there mix on. Added Cilantro and a 1/2 a fresh Lime squeezed. S & P to taste
Mixed and into bowl to sit a few hours...let all the flavors come together
