My attempt at carne asada street tacos. Used some skirt steak and a Tony R marinade that I came across in one of his threads. Cooked on my Q200 on high, 6 minutes a side.









...and some fajitas I made on my comal. First cook on the comal, and didn't quite come out as nice as I'd hoped, but practice will make perfect!!!

Nice tacos. Keep practicing using the comal. Heat management is important. Too high and the comal will get black and everything will taste weird. But medium heat is best. Also if it starts to get black while you cook splash a little water to de glaze using your spatula.
