My 1st WSM Meatloaf

Ok so here goes, thought the wife heard me say I wanted to do the meatloaf rolled up, but she didn't. No matter just went on with the pan version.

Used 1 Pecan chunck w/RO Lump cooked the corn and meatloaf at 275 for an hour and 20min.

I cut 12 slots in the bottom of the pan so it would drain and get smoke through and through.

It worked, it was a huge hit!
