Mussels

I ate the heck out of mussels when we vacationed in Maine a few years ago. The best I had were at a restaurant called Havana in Bar Harbor. They had cilantro, chiles, chorizo, and all kind of other great things in the broth.

I've cooked them at home a couple times since, but they're just not the same.

Arin...this reminds me of the time l lived in Germany and the mussels we would get...looks fantastic! Thanks for the memory!

I'm not a huge mussel fan, but I'd like to try these. I'd also like a can of your Amstel -- I understand it's much better than the light stuff we get over here.

Well, actually this is light beer (only 4% alcohol) but I thought that would taste better with mussels than regular beer.

Awesome! Like some of the others, I love mussels...and I love cooking in the wok on my kettles. Great idea. I'm going to steal it for sure. :p

Well myself i cant stand those little were is your "head/anus" things. But then again i have never tasted them cooked by you. And they sure looks great. Killer post mate!

What Don said! Gotta try this. Wait, gotta get a wok for the grill too. :D
