Mushroom Quesidilla

A light dinner tonight via the performer... the ingredients:

Sauted the criminis in butter for several minutes per side:

Toasted a flour tortilla in butter... added the mushrooms & pepper jack.

A few blasts of Tabasco Chipotle:

Added another flour tortilla, flipped, toasted & let the cheese melt.

Time to eat!

About as EZ as it gets.¡Muy bieno!
