Showed Bob Correll's chicken spiedini post to Kim and she gave me the look I love and I knew it was going to be on the menu soon. So thank you Mr. Correll.
Beautiful winter day in Montana today. Sun shining, 18 above. Enjoying it because it's supposed to get cold next week.

Then on the heat to finish. Didn't know what to expect as far as cooking time but total time on the grill was about 55 minutes

Robert great looking chicken buddy!! Looks like Kim is at it again as well! Love your path out to the grill... What part of Montana are you in? I have family in Great Falls and Big fork!
