Fired up the Performer for the spuds.
And the WSM for the bird.
Boneless-skinless chicken breasts with Tasty Licks rub.
Drinking a cold one, and watching the boys do their thing.
Nearly done.
Served.
My review:
Excellent taste, moist, and tender!
They did form a bit of 'rind' on the outside, which was a bit hard to cut and chew.
But sliced thin, this was not a problem.
I had some on a sandwich for lunch, and to me it rivals anything found at the deli, maybe better since I made it.
