Mountain camping Kabobs, pork, and wildlife surprises

Headed out on Friday for a no wifi pre-summer camping ️ trip! Knew the arrival to campground would be later than ideal so wanted to prep some skewers and kabobs for an easy dinner on the Baby Q! Marinated the thighs Friday morning, got them skewered and prepped the kabobs. These really soaked up the marinade and the TJ’s Satay sauce was the perfect end to a wild week! Checked out some beautiful high mountain scenery with a good elevation climb. Had this guy run in front of us then pose for a photo! Pork was on the menu…and some Hasselbacks and asparagus. Dessert was best served in a glass! Sunday morning taco tradition!Cheers!
