Ribs, salmon, and pulled pork on the wsm 22 with apple and pecan wood. Chickens on the gasser for the mother in law and the nephew who don't like the smoke.

No plated pics. dug in buffet style.

There were 12 adults and 3 young ones. There was a lot of leftovers. Sent everyone home with some. There was also baked beans, past salad, and a green salad for the sides. Next time I know not to make as much.
