More wings via the Vortex

I air dried the wings over night along with a little Cavender's. I used a little Hickory kindling to get the ball rolling as the temperature outside was 33 degrees, but my app said it feels like 27! 35 Minutes later, here we are, I probably could have pulled them at 30 minutes, super crispy! Long live the Vortex!

Love the vortex crispy skin on wings and drums. Great invention use it alot many good uses and your cook looks fantastic.
