More stuff for the mini Update....

Placed an order with Firecraft today for two cooking grates and a dual probe Maverick. Question is, where do I grt grommets to run the probes through?

I cut a slot in the top edge of the pot just like my WSM. Worked great.

The slot is convenient, but if you want a port here is one way to do it...

If you want an actual 2014 grommet you could purchase one off Amazon, or if you already own a WSM you could call Weber and buy one off them.

Firecraft has very fast service. Placed the order yesterday and today I received the Maverick and new hinged grate for my 22.5 OTS. The cooking grates for my mini are on backorder but thats ok as I can still cook.

If I could post a photo from my phone I would. I get brass fittings from ACE hardware that have a hole in the middle. Flared fittings in the bulk bolts and nuts bins. Take your probe with you to check sizes.

Rob I got mine from Cajun Bandit. I used the 3/8 inch size.
