More Rain so it’s Weber’s Slow Cooker for Chicken Taco Soup

This is the lineup for Chicken Taco Soup. I did forget to show weber’s Carne Asada seasoning which was great.

Everything into the pot on low for 5 hours, take out chicken shred and return to pot for 2 more hours.

Done and ready to plate with chips, sour cream and cheese.

Plated and ready to enjoy.
Man was this great. It’s one of the best soups Rich and I have had and real simple.

Barb, please send that rain to Los Angeles!!!! That soup looks great. Must assume however that Weber has never made a crock pot??

You're right Bob, Weber never made a crock pot. I don't have a redhead grill so one day last winter when I was bored I took apart one of our crock pots and made what I call our Winter Weber. Just a fun little spoof.;)
So until I get a redhead grill this will have to do.

Dang Rich, I've been looking all over for a Weber crock pot.

Looks delicious Rich and Barb. It's funny, I enjoy cooking in the rain, not a torrential downpour but just a nice steady rain, under my canopy of course. If there's wind with the rain, then that's a game changer.
 
The soup looks delicious Barb! I love the little weber slow cooker Rich put together. Weber needs to see this and start making slow cookers and maybe even a countertop grill!
 
I do have a spare Weber badge so I think I am gonna have to get me on of those WSC's. When you are addicted to Weber, nothing else will do. Go Figure!!

You got me with that, Rich! I was looking at Barb's photos and was wondering when and where you found a Weber crock pot!
