Monkfish!

I scored a nice chunk of Monkfish today and it definitely needed to hit the BBQ tonight!

When a Wednesday feels like a Friday what will Thursday feel like?

Just a simple rub with some olive oil and placed on the Genesis Gold B hot for about 10 minutes

Added some simple Mediterranean salad and a fresh margy and all good!

It’s kind of the same texture as a lobster tail. firm and juicy.
