Well I think I'm getting better at the pie making. I purchased a 1998 Weber Kettle from CL and it can get a lot hotter than my Performer. I feel that the Performer doesn't allow as much air into the bottom of the kettle because the holes are covered by the ash can, but that is just my opinion.

Here is an action shot of the dough cooking

I also cooked the garlic cheese bread on the kettle and it really picked up the smoke flavor. Thanks to my sweetheart for her efforts on the pizza, salad and platting.

Thank you all for looking, I need to get a pie on that has the cheese, meat and vegies during the cook.

Great looking pizza Jamrs. I'm considering getting the kettle pizza attachment for my grill as well. you seem to like yours.

Gary, I do like this attachment. It is a challenge to get the pies to cook the way you want them to, but I get better at each attempt. Use a lot of hardwood and get that fire HOT!
