MOINK balls on a Saturday Night in December

Being a member on this forum since approx. 4 weeks, this is my 3rd thread to show how I am cooking stuff on my Weber gear in The Netherlands, Europe.
Today's contribution is a "moonlight" session of MOINK balls and home made hamburger.
In particular MOINK balls is a "hot item" here at home and it was very special to cook them under moonlight conditions.
In the afternoon I prepared everything according to the "original" recipe and covered it with foil till tonight.
In addition to the MOINK balls, I prepared meat for home-made hamburger, I will get back with a separate thread for that shortly.
I had some of my neighbours around tonight to taste.....as a result we'll have a BBQ party in February...

Now I know what I am going to make for our Christmas get together..... Thanks Geert, Those Monk Balls Look awsome, Quick question though, do I have to do them under the moonlight?
