Mistake or Mrs Steak

some may remember my post from last weekend "Another CCPB". And you may also remember my disgust at myself for being too lazy to walk down a few flight of stairs to fetch the meat slicer. Well I chopped the remainder up into as small of pieces as possible and we had some hot beef and gravy sammies with some french fries, sorry no pics. But, later in the week I thought about making some cheese steak subs out of the remainder.


AND WOW!! KA BAM!! KA PLOW! BANG! These cheese steaks rocked! We sauteed up some onion and threw in the beef, a little mayo on a hoagie jr roll and some white American cheese. What a recovery. :cool:

That's what made me think about a title last night. Mistake or Mrs Steak....no doubt, Mrs Steak. Toni made some great cheese steak subs!

I wish I could get my closeup pics (and my cheese steak sanwichs too) to come out that nice. great looking meal chief.
